Refund Policy

At Ecommerce-WebDesign.com, operated by Wilbrock LLC, 1209 Mountain Road, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA., our services are custom-tailored for each client.
As a result, we do not offer refunds for digital services that have already commenced or been delivered.


1. Custom Work

Each website design, ecommerce setup, or branding project is unique and built according to the client’s specifications.
Once work has started, payments are considered final and non-refundable.


2. Prepaid Packages

For predefined packages (such as the E-Commerce Starter Package or Maintenance Plans):

  • Refunds may be issued only before any work or consultation has begun.
  • Once the project setup or any preparatory work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Wilbrock LLC, depending on the amount of work completed.


4. Service Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must notify us by email at contact@ecommerce-webdesign.com.
All cancellations are subject to review, and any refundable portion (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
