1. Services
Ecommerce-WebDesign.com offers custom web design, ecommerce development, branding, and related digital services.
All work is carried out strictly online, through email, video calls, or other digital communication methods.
Unless otherwise specified through a public offer or promotion on the website, all projects are executed based on individual client requests and confirmed quotes.
2. Ordering and Contract
- Clients may request a project quote through the Request a Quote form or by email at contact@ecommerce-webdesign.com.
- After evaluating the client’s requirements, Wilbrock LLC will provide a personalized offer including project scope, price, and estimated delivery time.
- If the client accepts the offer, a service agreement (contract) will be signed electronically, specifying:
- deliverables and project scope,
- milestones and deadlines,
- payment terms,
- rights and responsibilities of both parties.
No work begins before written confirmation and initial payment (if required by the agreement).
3. Content and Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials for website population:
text, images, product information, contact details, and any other relevant content. - Wilbrock LLC may assist with content creation (copywriting, photography, or stock imagery) upon request.
Such services are not included in the standard web design packages and are billed separately. - The client confirms they hold all rights to use the provided materials (text, images, logos, etc.) and that such materials do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Payments and Pricing
- Prices for predefined packages (such as the E-Commerce Starter Package or Maintenance Plans) are displayed on the website and include all mentioned features.
- Custom projects are priced individually based on scope and complexity.
- Payment is accepted via banking card.
- All payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
Delays in payment may result in suspension of work until payment is received.
5. Delivery and Revisions
- Project delivery timelines are specified in the individual contract.
- Revisions are limited to the number stated in the agreement.
Any additional changes requested after approval or delivery may incur extra costs.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services are digital and custom-made, refunds are only available in exceptional cases, subject to mutual agreement.
If work has already begun, the client is responsible for payment proportional to the completed work.
7. Intellectual Property
- The client owns full rights to the final website, upon full payment.
- Wilbrock LLC retains ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts.
- Wilbrock LLC may display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wilbrock LLC will make every effort to deliver professional and functional web solutions.
However, it is not responsible for:
- downtime caused by hosting providers,
- third-party plugin or software updates,
- client-side modifications after project delivery,
- or any indirect damages resulting from website misuse or interruption.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
